We understand that purchasing jewelry online can be a delicate decision, which is why we offer a customer-friendly refund and return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless and secure as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and free from any signs of damage or alteration. Jewelry that shows signs of wear, resizing, or modification by a third party will not be accepted for return.
- Packaging Requirements: The item must be returned in its original packaging, which includes branded boxes, tags, warranty/authenticity certificates, and any included accessories or promotional items.
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Any requests made after this period will not be considered.
- Ineligible Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned unless found defective or incorrect upon delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@bellorajewels.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will assess your request and provide return shipping instructions if approved.
- Secure Packaging: Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trusted courier service with tracking and insurance.
- Shipping Cost: Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrectly shipped item.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection and Approval: After receiving the return, our quality team will inspect it. If it meets all criteria, the refund will be approved.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees, handling charges, or taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report Quickly: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Investigation: If the claim is verified, we will offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund—whichever you prefer.
- No Additional Cost: Return shipping costs will be covered by us in such cases.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item using the return process above.
- Once refunded, place a new order for the desired item.
